This Sun Salutation is a variation of the original Surya Namaskar as it includes Warrior 1, 2 and reverse in its sequence also known as A and B sequence.
It is a strong flow which can be adapted to suit your personal preference/ abilities (ie: knees down in warrior poses as well as plank ). This was introduced in Bryan Kest's Power Yoga classes.
When practicing, please be sure to synchronise the breath to the movement. Before starting, it is good to "sit" in easy pose or child pose to tune in to your mind, body and spirit and set yourself an intention to bring meaning and purpose to your practice.
By practicing daily, you can find it to be a complete different experience each time as your mindset and body are forever changing.
