Look....I love Sega, but this was a period of time where they did not have their crap together. If you developed Virtua Fighter and had really the first, premier 3D fighting IP, would you make every possible effort to dilute an already competitive market with clones/variations of your own games? Or would you make releases few, but highly focused, hyped, and polished?
VF, Vipers, VF kids, Megamix, Last Bronx...too many of the same thing on the Saturn.
The game itself is fine I guess. I am not sold on this very 90s roster of alternative characters, which is unfortunate because that's what 90% of this game rests on. It is Virtua Fighter but if the characters went out in costume. There are added mechanics, but not as many as the game would like you to believe.
