I use this Qantas Sydney (elevation 6 m) to Ayers Rock (Uluru, elevation 496 m) flight (QF729) Boeing 737-800NG to illustrate the typical ground speed of this aircraft type at different stages of flight: takeoff, climb, cruise, approach, and landing. In addition to speed, altitude and G-force are also recorded.
Note that this is ground speed, neither indicated airspeed (IAS) nor true airspeed (TAS), and it might be different for each flight depending on many parameters such as aircraft weight, elevation, temperature, wind, air pressure etc.
