Exploring the depths of the color rot effects possible with the HDK-01. Color rot is the most readily available look on the HDK-01 and can be mixed and matched across channels. It can get pretty extreme so it's all about sweet spots, balance & finesse here.

Production notes:
This was done in an evening session of chance. I love doing these one sitting exercises. I had one hour of streaming TV garbage and the rest of the night to edit it into some sort of ambient colostomy bag of the moment.

Source: Streaming TV playback via a Macbook Pro running directly from the HDK-01 to my Blackmagic Ultrastudio 4k at 1080p in the PRORES LT setting. Framerate dumbed down to 23.9fps for a fighting chance with YT compression. Post work includes horizontal mirroring, posterising time and general time alteration.
