Walking the Somerset & Dorset Railway Part 5: Around Corfe Mullen

Описание: This next part of our walks along section of the old Somerset & Dorset Railway takes us almost as far south as one can go, without heading into Broadstone itself, which we might do one day, just to see what, if any, of the old trackbed remains there. I
fear there may be very little.
Anyway, this walk is in two parts, with the first one seeing us cover the section from Corfe Mullen Halt to Broadstone Golf Course.
The second walk was from Corfe Mullen to Bailey Gate crossing, which once crossed the, now very busy, A31.
Both sections are beautiful to walk as, indeed, they have all been, so far, although, unlike the Two Tunnels Greenway and the North Dorset Trailway, these walks contain sections that are not really suitable for wheelchair users, unfortunately.
