DICE/MTIC -- VAT Fraud in the EU

This lecture will explain MTIC fraud, and outline the Director's proposal for solving it through technology. The proposal is for a digital invoice customs exchange (DICE). This lecture is being held now so that the DICE proposal can become part of the ongoing discussions in the EU for resolving MTIC fraud.
