Описание: Wondering about life in Japan? Here's our honest review and cost of living comparison. We recently moved Seattle USA to Okayama Japan, and there are a lot of adjustments we had to make, but we've enjoyed the transition.

The farmhouse/kominka is still undergoing renovations, so we have been living in a 2LDK apartment nearby. It's been very comfortable, and affordable (finding a decent apartment for $500/month is unheard of where we're from).

How is the cost of living where you are? What are your best tips for keeping a budget?
