Snow squall warnings remain in effect and the OPP is warning locals to stay off the roads to allow crews to work safely. Over a metre of snow fell in some of the most heavily hit areas. The Town of Gravenhurst has declared a state of emergency, due to the signficant snowfall. Highway 11 remains closed in both directions between Highway 60 in Huntsville and West Street in Orillia.
