How to CLEAN a flask from the INSIDE?

Описание: In my opinion you can try it as good as you want but sooner or later every thermos just gets this nasty smell. It's just disgusting and makes every drink unpleasent.
I do this easy life hack once a month and my bottles are squeaky clean! You can soak the lid also in this solution to get it done.
If you want to keep out the smell as good as possible it also helps to fill in only drinks without sugar as this is the power fuel for all nasty grime and bacteria.
