ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a sensory phenomenon characterized by a tingling sensation, often starting on the scalp and moving down the neck and spine, in response to certain auditory or visual stimuli. Not everyone experiences ASMR. Some people find it soothing, others find it odd or don't feel anything at all. It's a subjective experience, somewhat like how some people get goosebumps from music and others don’t.
