Описание: This is a recording of the March 21, 2025 Mental Health Action Partnership (MHAP) Learning Session about CA:tCH Safety Plans. Northern Wisconsin, like many sparsely populated regions, faces issues of low access and connectivity to care. CA:tCH is an innovative community project in Ashland and Bayfield Counties that allows participants to create mental health advance directives that are stored in a HIPAA-compliant community database and can be used by first responders in a time of crisis. The presentation shared how CA:tCH came together, how it works, and key elements that can help other communities develop a similar program of their own.
