In this video, I share the walking stick I personally carry and explain why I chose this specific one.
I’ll talk about the material it’s made from, why that matters to me, and how it performs in real-world conditions — hiking trails, uneven ground, ice, and everyday movement. A walking stick is first and foremost a mobility tool. It helps with balance, posture, rhythm, and awareness when moving through different environments.
