Описание: The 7th of February 2020 I hiked around in the forest and got pretty warm - so I decided to jump in the frozen lake. Something new - is in the tittle because I decided to step up in my editing and talking.
I composed som music and decided to make a little film that shows some wonderful nature from my area. I can tell you when you jump into ice water you are feeling pretty shocked, but in a ay the shock makes the whole body waking up (no wonder) and the feeling that comes up afterwards are amazing. Mostly when you do this kind of bathing its a really good idea to have someone nearby if something should happen. I was alone which made my decision of jumping in the water a bit risky - but I did it and it felt okey - and worth mentioning is that I do it very often so I feel very comfortable doing it and my body is used to it. I really hope you enjoy this video - all the best from me.
