It takes into account:
1. What type of buyer you are? (Are you a First Time Buyer, Moving Home, or buying a Second Home)
2. The value of the property?
3. The deposit you are aiming for?
4. The type of stamp duty tax (SDLT) you would like to use? (Use the Stamp Duty Tax Holiday or Stamp Duty Tax post the the holiday?)
5. How many bedrooms you would like to buy?
