We spend a slow winter day in the kitchen meal prepping some of our family favorites: a cozy soup, roasted chicken, burger patties, and an egg bake. It's been such a help to prep ahead and make things easier during our busy weeks.

Then I share something new and nostalgic—we got a portable DVD player! It’s brought so much joy watching cozy movies we picked up at the library, just like the good old days.

We wind down the day with a calming sticker-by-number puzzle book, and start taking down some of our Christmas décor as we settle fully into winter.
