Описание: In the second of the five part special of Kangaroo Island, Kit and the team travel to Kangaroo Island's largest town, Kingscote. While there, they go and visit Jon Lark, the owner of Kangaroo Island Spirits, a distillery that are the "Makers of the World’s Best Contemporary Gin". Kangaroo Island Spirits' O Gin was been named best contemporary gin in the world at the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition in London in 2019.
During this episode Kit and Jon have a chat about the Gin making process inside the distillery.

But before all of that, Kit and the team travel to the Kingscote Jetty, where you can see seals basking. Kit shows the best places top get images of animals and the more abstract.
