Описание: A walk-through the g protein coupled IP3 DAG pathway. This is one of the common GPCR linked signaling pathways, and the video illustrates each of the players: how GPCRs activate Galpha subunits; how Galpha activates phospholipase C (PLC), how IP3 and DAG are produced, and their targets in the cell. Video includes two examples of this pathway is specific cell types -- degranulation of mast cells and tracheal smooth muscle contraction.
