Here is our story about how we finally achieved the summit of Mount Huber, one of the 11000ers of the Lake O'Hara Group, in the Canadian Rockies.
Drop me a line if you have any questions. This was an awesome climb with lots of variety and a great final steep pitch to the summit. We tried for Mount Victoria as well but the clouds moved in and we couldn't see the route well enough to continue. I think next time I return to this group of 11000ers will be when the Abbot Hut is reopened. An attempt on any of these peaks makes for a seriously long day if you are unable to catch a bus up to Lake O'Hara.
