From 45 Projects to 1 Masterpiece: The Ultimate Scrap Wood Mosaic

In this video, I take the wood scraps from every single one of my 45 past projects and transform them into a stunning, weather-resistant mosaic house number. This project features 18 different wood species, creating a natural color gradient that only Mother Nature could provide.

The Build: Watch me process hundreds of tiny offcuts into precision mosaic tiles.

Machine Build: I realized my scraps weren't flat, so I took a detour to build a custom DIY Slab Leveling Jig (Router Sled) to get everything perfectly flush.

Artistry: Planning the color gradients using the natural hues of plum, oak, maple, and many other species.

Weatherproofing: Finishing the piece with a heavy-duty 2K PU Coating to ensure this artwork survives the elements for decades.
