In this session, I brave the wind and rain to meet up with my colleague Keith for a fishing trip at Shoreham, East Sussex. With a full-on southerly wind blasting straight into our faces and rough seas burying our lines in the shingle, things didn’t go to plan at first — and we even lost a couple of rigs.
Despite giving it our best, the conditions forced us to rethink our spot. So, we moved over to the harbour arm and gave it another go… and that’s when things started to happen!
Considering the weather was well and truly against us, we ended up having a fairly good session and made the most of a tough day on the coast.
