Buying property under businesses and LLCs is a common and easy way to purchase, invest and acquire real estate. However a lot people do not do it. This is because they're not familiar with the process or even know that it's possible to buy assets not-under-your-name. There are many legal and liability issues why you should not buy property (and assets under your name).

There's a lot of ways we are conditioned and taught to be poor and stay poor. We can learn how the rich and wealthy retire early and build their business by opening LLCs, S-Corps and C-corps in order to gain tax and liability advantages. Whether you're buying your first home, second home, vacation home or starting an Airbnb investment and business - you should have them under entities. Same if you were to buy a new Tesla for yourself or even a Turo business - consider putting them under LLCs.
