We are Matt and Avic and we've been international Nomads since June of 2021. In May of 2021, we quit our jobs, sold our house, got rid of most of our stuff, and set out on a Nomadic Life. In our first two years, we've visited a total of 68 countries, and we're not stopping now!

Matt grew up in Virginia, USA, and Avic in Quezon City, Philippines. Since we started dating back in the 1990s, travel has been a major part of our relationship, traveling to 27 countries between 1993 and 2020.

“Explore Tayo” means “let’s explore” in Taglish (blended Tagalog-English.) “Tayo” is the inclusive “we” vs the exclusive “kami."
