Guilty when we leave our kids to go back to work, guilty if we don't bring enough income to the home, guilty if the house is a mess, guilty if we clean the house instead of spending quality time with our kids, guilty if we loose our temper, guilty if we take some time to ourselves to self care so that we don't loose our temper... Maybe it's time we drop the working mom guilt and reclaim our right to feel fulfilled and to pursue a career.
