Below is the list of documents required to submit your file with court reciever office for verification purpose.

📌 Overall Process & Timeline (Step-by-Step Guide for old buyers)
1️⃣ File Submission (Hard Copy Only)
→ Submit physical file at CR Office:
C-56/40, Sector-62, Near Institutional Area, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Submit the following copies:

BBA
Receipts
All the Bank statements with stamp /Loan Document
Customer data with all the payments
→ CR will provide a file number.
2️⃣ Follow-up for Appointment (Wait 20–25 Days)
→ Wait approx. 20–25 days for appointment.
→ You can visit CR office to follow up and get an appointment for verification.

3️⃣ Physical Verification
→ On the appointment day, original documents will be checked.
→ If any payment is pending (e.g., Dual Meter or Discrepancy), you’ll be informed and asked to clear dues.

4️⃣ NOC Issuance (Takes 30–60+ Days)
→ After verification & payment clearance, CR will issue the NOC within 30–60+ days.
→ Affidavit and Bond must be submitted at the time of collecting the NOC and Possession Letter.

5️⃣ Submit NOC to NBCC (With Required Documents)
→ Visit NBCC Office:
C-10, Amrapali Dream Valley 2
→ Submit the following:

Copy of Possession Letter
NOC
PAN Card
Aadhar Card
→ Also update the AOA after submission.
