Push the box into the corner and stand close to it and the wall.
Pitch doesn't matter much, just aim at the corner of the box.
yaw: 262.41 - 262.70
Press K LK LK LK LK LK LK LK LK LK LK (K once and LK 10 times).
Hold space and make a strafe to the right after changelevel.

You have to press the buttons fast enough. I prefer to press them more than 10 times just to be safer (the script won't break no matter how many times you press the buttons).

You can change the number of waits in alias box1 (every 100 waits = 1 second) if you don't have enough time to press the buttons.

The script is about 3-4s slower than barrel boost, but saves all hp
