Following the Prime Minister’s vision to promote sustainable transport, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has mandated that all new government vehicle purchases must be Electric Vehicles (EVs). The Finance Department has issued strict new guidelines, setting clear budget limits for officials ranging from the Governor to District Magistrates.
