Easy Watermelon Sherbet Recipe

Here are the ingredients:
1/2 seedless watermelon
1/2 juiced lime or lemon
1 tbsp maple agave syrup (optional)
Mint leaves
I used 1/2 of a medium size seedless watermelon, sliced the round top off and then the skin off. I bought a seedless watermelon but it still had some small seeds, which I don't mind. Slice into small round slices then cut into chunks. Using a cookie sheet pan lined with parchment paper, put watermelon chunks in a single layer not too close to each other. Put it in the freezer and freeze it overnight or at least 6-8 hours. After freezing watermelon chunks, put it into a blender or food processor and blend it, but if the mixture is too dry add some juice from cut watermelon if the mixture is still dry then add ½ of lime juiced or lemon then blend well. The watermelon I bought was not sweet enough, so I added 1 tbsp of maple agave syrup. Using a cookie dough scooper, put it in a small glass and garnish with a mint. It melts quickly so enjoy it right away or store it in the freezer until ready to eat.
