Achieve More by Understanding Leverage and Compound Growth | Chi T. Phan | TEDxLe Loi Street

Описание: Chi was born and bred in Hue, and immersed in the land’s culture and traditions for his entire childhood. Therefore, understanding the importance of diligence in achieving success wasn't difficult for Chi. To him, it's a virtue passed down and echoed by his parents, teachers, and the elderly around him.

However, the journey of Chí Phan reveals a different perspective. Through encounters and experiences, he discovered that everyone, from the gatekeeper to the CEO, works diligently. This sparked his curiosity: What sets some individuals apart in achieving remarkable success while others seem to lack direction despite their diligence?

Through the theme “Achieve More by Understanding Leverage and Compound Growth", he aims to seamlessly integrate his insights into the lives of each individual, fostering a collective understanding of leverage and compound growth to unlock greater achievements. Chi joined The Tie as a Research Analyst in New York City in 2022.

Previously, he led the crypto research analyst team of a $100M AUM family office investment fund from early 2020 until early 2021. After writing his first cryptocurrency research in early 2019, he has continued to publish research and blogs about the fundamentals of the blockchain industry until the present.

Chi graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2022 from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Statistics.

He also founded and co-hosted the Forward Vietnam Podcast, which was earlier of the top 10 business (not personal finance) podcasts in Vietnam in 2023. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
