In this video, I'm sharing the 3 best workouts for women over 50 that deliver real results in 20-40 minutes – all from the comfort of your home with minimal equipment.

🔥 THE 3 WORKOUTS COVERED:

1. Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) – Combat muscle loss and boost metabolism in just 20-30 minutes. Build strength while burning fat, using only dumbbells or resistance bands.

2. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – Get heart-healthy benefits in 9-20 minutes that rival 30+ minutes of traditional cardio. Perfect for busy schedules – do it before anyone wakes up or while dinner's in the oven.
