This special practice of the Ganden Oral Lineage combines the Highest Yoga Tantra practices of Heruka body mandala and Vajrayogini, together with the Guru yoga of Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka—Je Tsongkhapa inseparable from our Spiritual Guide, Buddha Shakyamuni, and Heruka. By meditating on Heruka and Vajrayogini we receive powerful blessings from these Buddhas that frees us from all obstacles to our spiritual practice and enables us to attain profound spiritual realizations quickly. Also included is a condensed six-session yoga, a simple but powerful daily practice through which all those who have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments can maintain their Tantric vows and commitments.
