This is how I have installed STL Raptor TIR in my Tesla Model S 85 2014, I also have installed quite a few other STL products. All of the products are mounted on the inside, because of drag.
Is this the first Tesla Model S with STL lights?

Striker-1 TIR Interior LED Dash Light, for the sides
Raptor TIR Interior Split LED Visor Light Bar, for the front
Striker-6 TIR LED Traffic Advisor Light, for the rear
Two Z4 TIR for the lower back window
Two Z4 Linear for the lower front bumper
