IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CONTESTANTS: The form has been taken down, again. We're working on a custom website for response submissions, so the deadline is being put on hold indefinitely (hopefully, for a short time) until we do so. Please watch this video for more information:    • URGENT EWOW ANNOUNCEMENT: Form taken down,...   and keep an eye on the Humany channel and join TWOW Central for the latest updates.

NOTE: As there are now double and triple response prizes in play, the responding form will have 3 response fields. Make sure to check the leaderboard (or contestant grids) to see how many responses you can submit! Submitting more responses than you're allowed to will just result in the extra responses being ignored.
