A basic walkthrough on the Thieve's Guild quest "Loud and Clear" which takes place at Goldenglow Estate. Shows how to get through the quest undetected and ensure you get the bonus gold. Basic Recommendations
Invisibility Potion for the last mercenary
Sneak 35 or so. Can add in sneak perks or armor as necessary
Unless you plan to do a hybrid stealth/kill leave your follower at an easy to access fast travel location
You need flames spell set or torch for the beehives. Flames you get at Lv1 so easier just to use that
Unless you get the key from the owner upstairs you need to pass through 2 expert locks so be prepared
