Team Fortress 2: ToGL 32-bit vs DXVK 64-bit performance on GNU/Linux

Recently, Valve has released an update for TF2 that allows GNU/Linux users to play a 64-bit build of TF2 using Vulkan with DXVK instead of a 32-bit build using OpenGL with ToGL. TF2 is also now using the Steam Linux Runtime 3.0.
Theoretically, this should net some performance improvements. Let's find out if that is the case (at least on my hardware)
