This is a video shot during the historical election held at St. Xavier's High School, Fort, Mumbai under the eminent leadership of Sr. Thresia Sini Pius whose dream of instilling leadership qualities in students came true in the form of initiating election model. Choosing leaders and the student council members through fair election is very relevant in the context of training students to be a responsible citizens of India.
Mr. Dilip Correia, the election commissioner and Mr. Amit Karande, the assistant commissioner along with four committee members could successfully complete the entire process of election. Now St. Xavier's school is proud to have the elected members as leaders and student council members to help in the smooth running of the school.
