QDR (Queda De Rins), Capoeira movement
Pronounced keda ji hins, which literally translates to “fall on to kidneys”.
In this tutorial I'm showing you the beginner variations of the QDR Rotational Push Ups.The way we teach the QDR was inspired by our teacher Ido Portal but we are not certified by Ido as Ido doesn't give any sort of movement certification.
Before working on the QDR make sure to properly warm up the wrists and forearms, but I would also highly suggest to warm up the entire body as well before any movement practice.
You can use the QDR to develop your upper body strength, balance and flexibility.
The key to mastering the QDR, like any other movement is practice.
