This story highlights the history of how farmers used to harvest peanuts. "Shocking" peanuts is a highly manual method of drying peanuts and is a lost art. Elisha is doing his best to preserve the tradition. We partnered with him and purchased his crop to cook using our unique recipe. This is the story of our partnership.
