മൂന്നാം ബലാത്സംഗക്കേസിൽ രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ എംഎൽഎയുടെ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ തള്ളി കോടതി. വിശദമായ വാദത്തിന് ശേഷമാണ് തിരുവല്ല മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിഹർജി തള്ളിയത്. എംഎൽഎക്കെതിരെ നിരന്തരം പരാതികൾ ആണെന്നും ജാമ്യം നൽകരുതെന്നുമുള്ള പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ വാദം കോടതി അംഗീകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. | The court has rejected the bail plea of MLA Rahul Mankootathil in the third rape case. The Thiruvalla Magistrate Court dismissed the petition after detailed arguments. The court accepted the prosecution’s contention that there have been repeated complaints against the MLA and that bail should not be granted.
