🔹 Local train to Neral (nearest railway station to Matheran) - ₹10-25 per head
🔹 Neral to Dasturi point taxi - ₹100 per head
🔹 Matheran entrance fee - ₹50 per head
🔹 Aman Lodge to Matheran station Toy train - ₹55 per head
Useful tips:
🔸 Hotels and Homestays are available both online and offline.
🔸 Horses available on rent from point to point for sightseeing or commuting to/from hotel.
🔸 Electric auto-rikshaws available for travel from entrance to Matheran market road.
🔸 Comfortable footwear recommended for walking (Matheran is full of red soil).
🔸 Carrying insect repellent products recommended.
🔸 Setting up UPI lite or carrying cash recommended as some parts of Matheran don't have network.
