If you make a combo of 2 or greater, Granbull itself starts to throw out its own icons as its only disruptions. Late-game, the disruption timer converts from "combo of 2 or greater" to every 2 moves. In this instance, I tried avoiding using Granbull itself just to make it fair for those trying to catch it.
I use both Nidoqueen and Nidoking for the Poison type power as well as their respective "Power of" abilities.
The main contributing factor is triggering Salazzle's Poison to boost all of Nidoqueen and Nidoking's damage output (both abilities and combo wise).
Mega Gengar helps cascade a little even if those unbreakable blocks are present.
Speaking of blocks, I heard that Beedrill or skill swapped Muk are your best Poison type bets of removing them.
If all else fails, a +5 moves, a Mega Start, or bringing your own Granbull back with you can help with the S Rank.
