Rap Report Card Critic Dejon Paul and YouTuber Boe Jackman talk various hip-hop topics from a LA native's perspective, and are joined by Trucarr, known best for viral bangers like "Outside", and "The Ghetto".
Dejon and Boe Jackman arrive fresh off Dejon's one on one interview with Ralfy the Plug at the Exotic Pop store on Melrose. Boe had been live-streaming their afternoon, including catching the tail end of Rally's hair-cut behind the That's A Awful Lot Of Cough Syrup store. The show begins with Dejon showing off his new interview with the Cough Syrup brand, as well as BTS of his interview with Ralfy. The duo then react to a clip from a viewer of the show who feels like Dejon bullies Boe Jackman on camera. Boe gives his take, agreeing with such before Dejon expresses his disregard an uninterested to change his character. Boe then is challenged by Mooseman in the chat to explain why their Homiesverse Podcast is now cancelled, before he responds to Adam22 calling him a Mooch on the No Jumper show last week. Boe Jackman breaks down exactly how he ended up on the live-stream with Adam and King Pill, as well as what really happened at the restaurant where he allegedly ordered four Don Julio 1942 shots on Adam's dime.
Boe toys with the idea that he did in fact walk in on Adam22 getting a prostate exam inside of the No Jumper office before bringing LA rapper, Trucarr to the set. Trucarr joins Dejon and Boe and they have interesting conversations about the state of LA rap, why it doesn't make it past Arizona regularly, and breakdown Dejon's brand new 2026 LA Rap Report Card which dropped earlier today. Dejon goes through Trucarr's grade score by score, before explaining exactly why he gave LA party rappers like Chef Boy and Jredie a F grade. When having a conversation about lyricism in LA, and comparing Jredie's Corner Store Freestyle to Ray Vaughn's new viral OTR Freestyle, Boe Jackman says that most people rather hear music from Jredie than Ray Vaughn. From there, things go left as Boe Jackman is questioned vehemently by Dejon on the most basic of hip-hop questions such as When was hip-hop invented? Who invented hip-hop? Name three songs from "The Chronic" album? Boe refuses to answer the prompts from his co-hosts which leads to a hour long heated debate and disrespectful argument over Boe's hip-hop knowledge; totally derailing Trucarr's interview.
