One of my favorite bible verses comes from the book of Hebrews, and it's something I often apply to various parts of life. It says ... Solid food is for the mature who, through practice, have had their senses trained to discern good from evil. (Hebrews 5:14)

Gaslighting is a form of manipulation, and if you are hurting, something is not right. God gave us the gifts of experiencing our feelings — pain, fear, doubt, etc., — to tell us that something is wrong and that we need to do something about it. Someone who gaslights you is trying to talk you out of your experience to alleviate their shame and responsibility to an issue. It’s a tool to control and manipulate you. 

I’m going to talk to you about how to get in touch with reality - how to train your senses to discern good from evil - and to honor your feelings so you can set boundaries with this toxic behavior.
