Minimalist house design measuring 3x6 meters with a mezzanine.
This house has a building area of 18 square meters and a land area of 18 square meters, with a height of 1.5 stories.

Here's a view of the interior:
At the front, there's a 3 x 0.5 meter terrace. Stepping inside, we find a 3 x 2.25 meter living room, a 2.5 x 2.2 meter kitchen, and a 1.25 x 1.5 meter bathroom at the back. Moving upstairs, there's a 2.5 x 2.2 meter bedroom, which is quite spacious for a bedroom. It has a work desk, a bed, and a window for lighting and air circulation.

This building design can be applied in various locations, both in open spaces and adjacent to other buildings, as it lacks side or rear windows. Lighting and air circulation are provided by the front windows and a skylight at the rear.
