MKP Season 2.5 Update 4.5 (Fixing Update 4's Bugs) with download link

Описание: Holy shit a double upload from MKA? Anyway this update is just to address and fix the bugs that were mentioned in the previous update. Instead for Update 5 to release, I just decided to fix the bugs and release them as is. These 2 bugs were the bugs that you guys in the comments addressed. Scorpion's special moves can now be done more easily. Before, pressing the commands too fast wouldn't register but now it has been fixed. Li Mei had a palette error in which (as you can see from the video) it has been fixed.

Thank you to everyone who addressed the bugs. I also managed to learn some stuff about character coding as well.
