On Sunday 20 OCT 2024, First Ever International marathon was conducted in which 1700 participants as well as 12 Foreign Officials. This Marathon was conducted in two parts, one was Half Marathon (21Km)and other was Full Marathon (42Km). Omar Abdullah not only took part as well as completely Half Marathon. Bollywood Actor and Honorable Guest Mr. Sunil Shetty paid visit in this event and said that "The Hospitality and Beauty of Jammu & Kashmir poses great scope for upcoming international events as well as various films Shooting"
