The coffee table is a slab of cherry that split while drying. I poured clear epoxy for 2/3's of the river and embedded LED lights. The balance of the trough was filled with blue epoxy and mounted on a cast iron support used from another coffee table. The kitchen table has two 23" slabs of oak, quartersawn, that also received an epoxy pour.

The solar system used in this video was from Renogy.com and was the 400w workshop kit utilizing a 3000w inverter and three 100am LiFe04 batteries. The kit does not come with sufficient instructions for one who does not know much about electricity. When the kit is received, it requires some pretty substantial upgrades to make it safe, expand to DC power supplies, circuits, etc. I recommend checking out "City Prepping", which contains the majority of upgrades and how to install this system. Also, you will need to purchase a special 20a or larger charger for the batteries since they come at only 12.7v (should be 14.7 at 99%) or spend days using the 400w panel system to charge the batteries. Base Kit is about $2,200. I spent around $1,800 watching for sales and discount codes. You will need a few hundred dollars in extras (circuits, fuses, wire, charger, lugs, etc.) to get what both I and City Prepper have.
The toilet is a "dry flush toilet" and run ~$1,000 or $1,300 with several refill kits. Probably $2 a flush, but better than crapping in the woods when -20F or 90F and mosquitos are out.
