I had a question about how to put the Atwood 1.28 nylon micro cord through a 1mm hole. The first bead is the most time consuming for sure, then it gets easier from there.
It helps to melt the end and stick it to a cooler object and quickly stretch it thin. Sometimes I completely melt the end and pinch it tight while rolling it as it cools to really thin it out. I then use my pliers to push it into the beads, turning it like a screw. It also sometimes works wonders to clear the hole with a bead awl just enough. Hope this helps.
