Recruitment is tough all around the world at the moment, but most people focus purely on how better to recruit, rather than firstly understanding if they have a cleaner retention problem.
In a similar way that we look at funnels in client marketing, we need to do the same with cleaner recruitment .
We have to make sure that we are retaining our cleaning staff for a sufficiently long period that we are making an ROI on our recruitment ad spend.
If our cleaner retention is high and we've fixed our "leaky bucket", it will make our recruitment efforts far more effective.
