To create a cool spray effect with Adobe Photoshop follow these steps.
1. Open up adobe photoshop
2.Open your image where you want to to add the spray effect
3. Add a blank transparent layer
4. Make sure your gradient tool is on
5. Make sure your foreground colour is white or a colour which contrasts the background colour and will make the spray effect stand out.
5. Make a gradient infront of the spray nozzle
6. Go to layers
7. Switch from 'Normal' to Dissolve'
