🌟 Ingredients
½ cup besan
Chopped onions
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp dhaniya powder
Few drops of lemon juice
Water (as needed for thick batter)
Refined oil for frying

Steps-
1️⃣ Take besan in a bowl and add chopped onions, salt, baking soda, jeera powder, dhaniya powder.
2️⃣ Add lemon juice and little water to make a very thick batter.
3️⃣ Heat refined oil and half-fry small portions of the batter.
4️⃣ Remove and press each pakoda to flatten it.
5️⃣ Fry again on medium flame until crispy golden brown.
6️⃣ Serve hot with chutney.
